I never tire of roosters roaming around the islands in Maui County. Their stark beautiful feathers reflects the colors of landscape, sunrise and sunset, glistening hues of faint rainbows. This painting captures a big rooster near the Maui Tropical Plantation. He roams, digs holes but yet he is proud.
